Both sides read the same contract — in their own language

Static template sites hand you a fixed PDF with no wizard and no signature flow. DUOLEXX builds your English–Thai employment contract from your answers under the Thai Labour Protection Act, keeps the English version governing and adds a Thai translation, ready to sign.

Governing Language Version

This document consists of two language versions. In the event of any discrepancy or question of interpretation, the version in the governing legal language (English) shall prevail; the ไทย version is a translation provided for convenience.

Frequently asked questions

How much severance am I owed if I'm dismissed?
Dismissed without cause, statutory severance scales with length of service: 30 days' wages from 120 days, 90 from 1 year, 180 from 3 years, up to 400 days' wages at 20 years — Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 s. 118, as of 2019.
Why does probation often end at 119 days?
Because the severance entitlement kicks in at 120 days of continuous service; there is no statutory probation limit, but employers often end probation just before — s. 118, as of 2019.
What notice period applies to an open-ended contract?
Notice must be given in writing by or before a wage due-date and takes effect on the next one; never more than 3 months' advance notice is required — s. 17, as of 1998.
What is the minimum wage?
Depending on the province, between 337 THB/day (Deep South) and 400 THB/day (incl. Bangkok, Phuket) — Wage Committee Notification (LPA s. 87), as of 2025.
Do I get severance after just a few months?
Only from 120 days of continuous service; from 120 days to under 1 year it is 30 days' wages — s. 118(1), as of 2019.

Why DUOLEXX instead of just asking an AI?

An AI writes text fast. That doesn't make it legally sound, bilingual and ready to sign. That's exactly the difference.

Grounded in local law

Every document follows the law of the chosen country — researched clauses, not a generic template from the web.

Authoritative language + translation

The binding version in the legal language, alongside an understandable translation. A chat rarely delivers both, soundly, at once.

Verifiable signature

Two-party signature with a SHA-256 integrity proof — provable that both signed the same wording.

Finished, not just text

PDF, signature, archive and share link in one flow — an AI chat only hands back raw text.
